At FitBloc, we aim to provide a high-quality experience for all our members and customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Entry Passes

Non-Refundable:

• All entry passes are non-refundable. Once purchased, membership fees are final, and refunds will not be provided for any reason, including non-usage.
• Passes from the 10 pass bundle are shareable. Please contact us to link your accounts; verification is required from the pass holder.

2. Unlimited Season Membership

Subscription:

• Subscription begins once purchased. Billing cycle resets on the 1st of each month.
• An initiation fee of $100 is required to begin your subscription. Once you cancel your membership, the initiation fee is no longer valid. Initiation fee will be billed for any re-subscription.

Cancellation:

• There are no cancellation fees involved.
• In the event of cancellation between billing cycles, there will be no pro-rated refunds given.

3. Class Bookings

Class Cancellations:

• If you cancel a class booking more than 6 hours in advance, a credit for the class will be debited into your account for future use. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund.
