Does your child have a burst of energy that needs to be unleashed? Introduce them to new experiences and take a chance with our young climber classes – fit • kids!
Climbing offers the perfect training ground for kids to hone their motor skills and practice logical thinking outside the classroom.
Program
fit · kids is curated for kids ages of 5-16 and aims to provide them with the support, guidance and encouragement they need to build their climbing repertoire. These are what your child can expect:
- Basic Safety (how to fall and climb down safely, spatial awareness of other climbers within the same area)
- Concepts and common terminology used in the sport
- Build their strength and endurance
- Develop self-confidence and trust in themselves to overcome obstacles
- Usage of High-wall and the auto-belay system

Enrich, Entertain, Explore!
We know jumping into the world of climbing can be jarring for little ones. But with the help of our instructors, we’ll walk your kiddos through the process step-by-step and get them comfortable with wall-crawling on their own.

Body Positioning
Incorporating stability and mobility training will condition your child to acquire proper posture, and improve their overall range of motion and core function.

Spatial Awareness
Understanding how shapes relate to one another and how our bodies play a part will give your child a greater sense of spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and visual memory of shapes and patterns.

Conditioned Reflex
Putting injury prevention techniques into practice will strengthen your kid’s reflexes and response time, and improve their muscle memory when performing complex patterns.

Problem Solving
With each route your child attempts, he/she will develop their strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.

For kids who are just starting out and looking to build confidence in climbing.
- Location: Depot Heights Outlet, 108 Depot Road, #02-01, Singapore 100108
- Time: 10am-1130am
- Commence Date: Sunday, 6th August 2023
- Duration: Every Sunday for four consecutive weeks (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th)
- Cost: $280 (U.P. $320)

For kids who who have attended more than 1 term of fit · kids.
- Location: Depot Heights Outlet, 108 Depot Road, #02-01, Singapore 100108
- Time: 12pm to 1.30pm
- Commence Date: Sunday, 6th August 2023
- Duration: Every Sunday for four consecutive weeks (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th)
- Cost: $280 (U.P. $320)
