Freeze My Pass

• Freezing of season pass will take 1-3 working days to be processed
• Freezing fee will be charged on the 1st of the month and will not be pro-rated (i.e if you switch your subscription to “freeze on 15th December, your membership will only be frozen on 1st January and you will only be charged $15 on 1st January). This also means, you can continue to use our gym for the rest of the month, so long as your subscription fee has already been paid for.
• Reinstating your membership will take immediate effect (i.e if your subscription is frozen on 1st December and you switch your subscription back to “unlimited facilities” or “unlimited class” on 15th December, you may use the gym’s facilities on 15th December onwards). A pro-rated fee for the remaining days in the month will be charged to resume your membership.
• All unlimited pass membership perks and privileges will be suspended during a freeze. But you may continue to use multipass or single entry to enter our gym should you wish to do so.
