About the role

We’re on the lookout for creative and detail-oriented team players with an eye for design and great communication skills, who can thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Branding and Marketing Executive with a passion for content creation and marketing. As part of the marketing team, your key responsibility includes:
- Conceptualise, create and post social media campaigns for our brands – fit • bloc / monowrk / boltsquare
- Producing and designing both print and digital marketing collaterals for online and offline touch-points, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Coordinating/execute photoshoots for events, marketing campaigns, and retail launches
- Post-editing for photos and videos
- Taking part in brainstorming sessions to conceptualise marketing campaigns and develop content across multiple channels, streamlining communications on online and offline platforms
- Assisting with the planning and execution of campaigns according to the marketing calendar
- Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all collaterals
- Handle any additional duties or projects assigned by senior management
- Maintain projects files and archives
The position is a dual role which entails a customer service aspect. The scope of work includes:
- Familiarising with daily operations to understand the brand and audience better
- Front desk responsibilities, including welcoming and engaging our guests during the check-in process
- Providing support to our clients regarding membership queries, bookings, and retail purchases
- Ensuring the upkeep of cleanliness within the gym
- Opening/closing shifts
We’re looking for team players with:

- Diploma in visual communications-related or digital marketing-related course and higher
- Basic design sense, proficiency in design tools and social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Canva & Capcut for social media content creation
- Proficiency in basic Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro and Aftereffects) is a plus
- Experience in Social Media Marketing or Visual Communication role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for your work
- Possess initiative to learn, pick up necessary skill sets and come up with great ideas!
- Knowledge of climbing is ideal, but not necessary
