We are looking for a Branding and Marketing Executive with a passion for content creation and marketing. As part of the marketing team, your key responsibility includes:
Conceptualise, create and post social media campaigns for our brands – fit • bloc / monowrk / boltsquare
Producing and designing both print and digital marketing collaterals for online and offline touch-points, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Coordinating/execute photoshoots for events, marketing campaigns, and retail launches
Post-editing for photos and videos
Taking part in brainstorming sessions to conceptualise marketing campaigns and develop content across multiple channels, streamlining communications on online and offline platforms
Assisting with the planning and execution of campaigns according to the marketing calendar
Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all collaterals
Handle any additional duties or projects assigned by senior management
Maintain projects files and archives
The position is a dual role which entails a customer service aspect. The scope of work includes:
Familiarising with daily operations to understand the brand and audience better
Front desk responsibilities, including welcoming and engaging our guests during the check-in process
Providing support to our clients regarding membership queries, bookings, and retail purchases
Ensuring the upkeep of cleanliness within the gym
Opening/closing shifts
We’re looking for team players with:
Diploma in visual communications-related or digital marketing-related course and higher
Basic design sense, proficiency in design tools and social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Proficiency in Canva & Capcut for social media content creation
Proficiency in basic Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro and Aftereffects) is a plus
Experience in Social Media Marketing or Visual Communication role
Excellent communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for your work
Possess initiative to learn, pick up necessary skill sets and come up with great ideas!
Knowledge of climbing is ideal, but not necessary
